To ensure the highest standard of care, every client is required to undergo a Good Faith Exam (GFE) conducted by an advanced provider prior to treatment. Upon booking, consent forms will be sent for review and signature. Once completed, a telehealth appointment with our advanced provider will be scheduled. Following medical clearance, we can proceed with your treatment. The Good Faith Exam remains valid for one year; however, for clients undergoing medical weight loss, a GFE is required every three months to maintain continuity of care.
